axl wasn't designed in a boardroom. It came out of running a real multichannel operation on the biggest omnichannel platforms on the market. Which sales channels and marketplaces does axl support? +
axl connects to the major marketplaces and storefronts, including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop and WooCommerce, plus leading couriers for labels and collections. New integrations are added regularly, and our team will help you connect anything you're missing.
How hard is it to migrate from my current tools? +
Most sellers are up and running the same day. Connect a channel and axl imports your orders, products and stock on its own. The guided import wizard maps thousands of products in one go, and onboarding help is included on every paid plan.
Can I print courier labels and book collections from axl? +
Yes. Shipping is built in. Generate labels, buy postage and book collections with your own courier accounts without leaving axl. Batch-print for a whole picking run, and tracking flows back to each order and channel on its own.
How long does setup take? +
Minutes to connect your first channel and start processing orders. A full multichannel setup with listings, stock and purchasing usually takes a day or two, and we'll walk you through it step by step.
Am I tied into a long contract? +
No, and we never will be. If the software genuinely runs your operation, it earns its place every month. Every plan is monthly, cancel anytime, and your data is yours to export whenever you want.
Is my data secure? +
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in secure data centres with regular backups. Granular roles and permissions let you control exactly what each team member can see and do.
How does Recover's savings guarantee work? +
If Recover is active for a full billing month and doesn't recover more than its fee that month, we waive the fee for that month. It's measured from axl's own in-product claim tracking, so it never relies on your word. It assumes the claims we surface are approved and submitted within their deadlines with the evidence attached.
