axl started on a busy dispatch floor, not in a boardroom. We were the ones juggling browser tabs, spreadsheets and courier portals, and watching money quietly slip away on returns that never made it back or came back wrong.
Every tool we tried did one slice of the job, and none were built by someone who'd actually felt the pain of it. So we started building the system we wished we'd had, beginning with axl Recover, so sellers stop leaking money on B&Q Marketplace returns.
What we believe
- Fewer tools, fewer errors. Every extra system is another place for numbers to disagree.
- Software should earn its place. No long lock-ins. If it genuinely saves you money, you'll want to keep it.
- Honest about what it does. axl surfaces potential recovery opportunities and fills in the sheets; you review and file every claim yourself.
